Christine came in clutch for an upcoming competition I needed to lose a few pounds quick for. The nutrition plan she prescribed had me losing weight on schedule just as she said it would. I loved that she checked in on me around the holiday … I had planned to just “skip” my macros for the day but she kept me accountable and gave me food choices that felt like I wasn’t completely skipping out on the yummy holiday food. I really appreciated the extra step to check in with me on the holiday to make sure I kept going and had mutilple choices for food options. It was almost like she knew it was gonna be tough for me. She had great intuition! I’m still under her instruction to meet my nutritional goals and I plan to stick around. Christine started working with me almost a year and half ago. With her expertise in weight training and macros I can happily say I’ve lost almost100 lbs! She really is a miracle worker. She’s patient and listens to what your needs are at each particular workout. I’m 68 years old so I have many aches and pains. If I’m having a particularly bad day she stops, talks to me and we regroup. But be warned she is no pushover. If that’s what you’re looking for…move on.
